Laurie,
Have a quick question. In reviewing the history on this site for the application 04-2023 V2, it seems that this should have
been 05-2226 version 2. The 04-2023 was for the boat basin and channel excavation of which only the basin was
excavated. Then in 2005, the CAMA Major permit 106-04 was modified for maintenance dredging of the channel only.
This permit notes that it was authorized by DWQ under project number #05-2226 issued on 2/1/06. Now they have
come back to modify the 05 permit to align the channel differently. Should we take the time to delete 04-2023V2 and
reenter as 05-2226V2. The only reason that would make me say yes is the reference to the DWQ permit (05-2226)
within the conditions of the CAMA permit and the fact that this is a modification of 106-04 for CAMA.
