On April 23, 2007 Wilbur Smith Associates received your Request for Morelnformationletter
regarding the permit application to impact 0.47 acres of open water (pond) to construct the
proposed widening and re-alignment of Jenks Carpenter Road. The purpose of this letter is to
inform you of our intentions of addressing your comments by no later than July 24, 2007.
It is our intention to have all of your comments addressed much sooner than July 24, but we
are reluctant to set a firm date until after we have met with you to discuss the project and your
comments. We will contact you via the telephone in order to set up a meeting time and place.
