Office shall consider the associated application for a 401 Water Quality Certification withdrawn as well.
Additionally, this Office will not conduct a public hearing regarding the 401 Water Quality Certification
application at this time.
Please be advised any future plans to fill streams or wetlands at this site may require a written 401 Water Quality
Certification. If so a new.application may be required along with the appropriate fee. Additionally, if -written
concurrence is required by this Office a public hearing may be held due to public interest.
