County, North Carolina. My client has received your April 19, 2011 letter regarding "Approval of 401 Water
Quality Certification and Authorization Certificate per the Neuse River Buffer Protection Rules (15A NCAC
213.0233) with Additional Conditions". This letter was mailed to North Broad Street LLC at 201 Weston Parkway,
Suite 203, Cary, NC 27513. That was my location until March 1, 2011 (although the actual street address was 2401
