Hey Kevin, Dave mentioned that there was changes coming for this one yesterday and it sounds like the changes are minor and I don’t have a problem with modification of the PCN to include these revisions. We will need to check back in with Holland to make sure that FWS doesn’t have any issues with the revisions and ensure that the “no effect, not likely to adversely affect” call wouldn’t change. also make sure you chase down any 106 and trout issues that would arise from the change. Feel free to call if you’d like to discuss further. 828-526-6013 Crystal C. Good morning Crystal: I know you have the PCN in your inbox. BUT (there is always a but), after reviewing the site and the drainiage on the road, and the infrastructure along the road heading south from the slide area, it appears that we will need to replace 2 rotten culverts that have been in place for a very long time and would like to regrade the road so that it slopes towards the roadside ditch / stream, instead of towards the river, while we are out there. Can I modify the submitted PCN to cover these (foot for foot) replacements? Thanks, Kevin Email correspondence to and from this sender is subject to the N.C.
