The project also includes temporary jurisdictional waters impacts of 121inear feet of stream channels and 0.07 acre of wetlands associated with a sewer line connector. After review of your proposal, the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (WRC) requested an extension of time to comment on your proposal and submitted comments by memo dated April 19, 2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your consideration and response. Specifically, the WRC provided a list of recommended conditions associated with concerns of potential impacts to wildlife and aquatic resources that could result from your proposed project. These recommendations are listed as items 1 thru 9 in the attached referenced memo. Please review these recommendations and provide us comments in reference to your proposed development. Your response to the WRC's comments should be provided to the Raleigh Regulatory Field Office, in writing, so we can continue timely processing of your application.
