PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS The applicant, CPCC Facilities Services, has applied for a GP for the discharge of up to 2500 gpd of condensate and non -contact cooling water. The discharge is being released into a storm drain system. The discharge will travel approximately two hundred feet in the storm water system before discharging into the receiving stream. The receiving stream is on the 303d list for Copper and Mercury. It is recommended that a GP be issued provided the biocide has been approved by the Aquatic Toxicology Unit. Also, we recommend that the permit be issued for only one cycle after that the permittee is to connect the discharge to the sanitary sewer. - 12, Signature of Rep arer Date Water Quality Regional Supervisor Date NCDENR North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Division of Water Quality Beverly Eaves Perdue Charles Wakild ' RE.
