Does the facility analyze process control parameters, for ex: MLSS, MCRT, Settleable Solids, pH, DO, Sludge Judge, and other that are applicable? Yes No NA NE • ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ Comment: The site had a change in the way it dredges sand, they no longer suck the sand and water out of the river and then allow the water to pass through 2 ponds to reduce turbidty before going back to the river. They are now dipping the sand out of the river directly with minimum river water. This process makes the ponds not necessary, therefore the fascility cannot perform the biannual samplings. When in operation, the fascility estimates to dredge 200-500 tons per day. Permit (If the present permit expires in 6 months or less). Has the permittee submitted a new application?
