Inspection Summary:
Met with Cheryl Moody and Gerald Matthews about if the facility needed a permit and potential compliance issues. There
are two outfalls, one on both sides of the property. Need to apply for ROS. Alot of barrels and totes onsite need removal.
Facility needs to remove general waste and potential pollution sources.
SOPs for truck washing needs to be employed.
SPPP needs to be created.
