Lindsey and I reviewed the sites Dave requested today, along with site 12. Photos and photos of the plan sheet are
attached. We have finished work in all of the permit areas, and have completed the permit sites in compliance with the
404 401 conditions. The contractor continues to work on the project including repair and maintenance of erosion
control measures and some slope stability work. Since I don't have completion forms to submit, please accept this email
as a permit completion notification. Also for reference, the U-2579C involved the permit for U-2579C (sites 6-14) and
sites 1-5 on the phased IP for R-2247 and U-2579. The original permit application for U-2579C (sites 1-5) is linked here

that is fine too. I'll go ahead and send in the completion forms after I do a final review and we'll get pictures of those
sites for you.

Hey Amy,
I'm choosing not to attend the field review today due to the recent Covid update from DEQ Secretary late
yesterday that strongly urged caution at the workplace. I'm going to postpone field reviews for a few weeks
until Covid issues/restrictions are relaxed some. If you do review the project today, please take some photos.
The only sites I wanted to visit were 6, 9 and 14; I've seen the others. Thanks.
