To: Vanessa Manuel or Scott Vinson NC Dept of Environmental Quality JAN - 7 2021 Raleigh Regional Office lam sending this correspondence in reference to the Town ofJackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's permitted limits on the following dates(with amounts). December 22"`j (382,600 gals), 23'd (301,100 gals), 24'1' (291,900 gals), 25111 through 28th each day averaged out at(648,300 gals). The dates of 2511' through the 28'1' was as a result 013.6" of rain on the 24111. As (Willis date the Town has received 8.5 inches of rainfall follow ing November's 10.0 inches of'rain. The Town's W WTP Facility storage lagoon freeboard today stands at 2.5 inches. The Town is spraying it's irrigation facility fields accordingly to keep our freeboard and the permitted amount ofdaily sprayin�tt. in compliance .
