Brad,
Thank you for the additional information submittal and for your patience with my response. The Division would like to
see a site plan with all proposed access roads to ensure no additional impacts to surface waters are proposed. Please let
me know if you have any questions.
On October 16, 2020, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your additional information response. The
Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until
the following items are addressed:
1. Please provide a site plan with proposed layout for all access roads and associated infrastructure as an overlay
including jurisdictional features. Please also enumerate all wetland and stream impacts on the site plan and
clearly label impacts (Wetland / Stream Impact 1, etc.). [15A NCAC 02H .0502(g)]
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not in 30 days, the Division will be unable
to approve the application and it will be returned.
