Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: The pond is drained due to a principle spillway pipe failure. The surrounding area has some residential development with potential for more. 3b. List the total estimated acreage of all existing wetlands on the property: The pond is 1.7 acres at normal pool. Starting at the toe of the dam a second smaller pond (est. 0.5 acre) owned by separate party is also drained due to a problem with its structure. This tributary channel inside steep side slopes is all that could be considered wetland 3c. List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams (intermittent and perennial) on the property: 850 I.f.from two branches that make up the pond 3d. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: The project is for repair of the dam and improving the Auxiliary Spillway for a 100 yr storm capacity. 3e.
