REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION: STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Dear Mr. Homan:
On January 19, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) issued a 401 Water Quality Certification to
impact 3401inear feet of unnamed tributary (intermittent) to Long Creek and 0.02 acre of isolated wetland
in order to construct The Club at Northlake as described in your application received by the DWQ on
December 8, 2006. In order to meet Condition 2 of the 401 Certification for this project, a stormwater
management plan was submitted to the DWQ and received on February 16, 2007. The DWQ has
determined that your stormwater management plan was incomplete as discussed below.
• Please provide plan details of the proposed level spreader.
• Please provide a planting plan and soil specifications for the littoral shelf of the proposed wet
detention pond. The planting plan must be at a scale of 1" = 20' or larger and show the locations,
sizes, spacing and scientific names of all plant species to be used. There should be a planting
detail. Also, the sources for the plants and soils should be specified.
• Please provide a signed Operation and Maintenance Agreement for both the wet detention pond
and the level spreader.
The DWQ will require the above additional information to finalize review of the stormwater management
plan for the subject property. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review
