The only stream impact will be for the driveway to access the site. The site is bordered by streams on all accessible sides. The crossing is located on a tributary to the main creek. No wetlands will be impacted. Neuse riparian buffer will be impacted in association with the stream crossing. There will also be some disturbance to zone 2 of the NRB elsewhere along the driveway due to grading. These areas will be revegetated. 2k.
