Applicant requests for Conditional 401, and states that SMP will be reviewed by City of
Charlotte. However, there's no description of their SMP in response to question/item 2d
under Section E of the PCN. Neither does the Site Plan show any BMP and associated
drainage area.
Please request for revised plans showing conceptual SMP - appropriately sized BMP
with footprint shown on the plans along with drainage area map. At a minimum, the
selected BMP shall achieve at least 85% TSS removal efficiency. A brief
narrative/description of the SMP must also be provided in the PCN.
