The Nationwide Permit 27 verification for this project, issued on October 20, 2010, requires that as-built plans must be provided within 60 days of completion of the authorized work. The final as-built plan was provided on April 21, 2011. Based on the site inspection, review of the as-built plans, and your letter dated April 20, 2011, we have determined that the total stream mitigation units (SMUs) at the site is 4,487, which is 31 less than the 4,518 SMUs projected in the approved mitigation plan and MBI.
