On April 25, 2011, the Express Review Program of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your
Stormwater Management Plan application dated April 1, 2011 along with supporting information from
Mr. Justin Houston. PE, of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. The DWQ has determined that your
application will require additional information and/or further revision. Please provide the following
information so that we may continue to review your project and prevent return of your application
as required by 15A NCAC 2H.0506:
Additional Information Requested
a. Planting Plan: Please provide a list of local nurseries that will supply your plant materials on
Sheet L-1. Local nurseries are the best option in acquiring plants that will be successful. From
BUT Manual: Plant material should be purchased from a similar provenance or local source to
ensure survivability (p. 6-4). Here is a good source for local native plant providers:
