On April 15, 2011, additional information was requested in order to continue the SMP review. As such, the following information is being provided: 1) Wet Detention Basin Supplement forms for Basin #'s 1 & 2, including the completed checklists; 2) Stormwater Pond Volumes calculations for Basin #'s 1 & 2; 3) Partial Plan sheets for Basin #'s 1 & 2, see sheets 3.3 & 3.4; 4) Section view of Basin #'s 1 & 2, see sheets 5.10 & 5.11; 5) In response to the request for the boundaries of drainage easements for Basin #'s 1 & 2- The project engineer indicated that "There will be no drainage easement for the ponds. The City of Fayetteville requires that each pond be on its own lot. The ponds are located on individual lots that will be maintained by the HOA. The lots have direct access to public ROW."; 6) In response to the request for the Planting Plan for vegetated shelf for Basin #'s 1 & 2- The planting plan is a typical shown on sheet C-6.5 that is also referenced on the plan sheets C-3.3 & C-3.4; Charlotte Office: Greensboro Office: Phone: (704) 720-9405 Phone: (336) 540-8234 Fax: (704) 720-9406 Fax: (336) 540-8235 7) In response to the reminder that Seasonal High Water Table data for Basin #2 is necessary for a complete review-According to the project engineer, "The supplement forms along with the test report from the soil scientist were submitted with our initial submittal. The supplement form lists the seasonal high water table. The seasonal high water table was determined to be 20" from the ground for pond #2. From speaking with the soil scientist and best estimate, it appears that the ground elevation was 158.00'. This gives a seasonal high water table elevation of 156.33'. The permanent pool elevation is 156.00'. This is within the +/- 6" allowed. Please contact me at (919) 846-5900 or the project engineer, Scott Brown at (910) 426-6777 if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Soil & Environmental Consultants, PA ebbie Edwards v ??
