Dear Mr. Paris:
On March 28, 2011 an approval was issued for the noted project. However, the approved impacts
should have been as follows:

Buffer Width 10 (feet) permanent
In addition, for clarification of conditional item #2, the construction corridor shall not exceed 40 ft. in width and
shall be returned back to the existing grade, elevation and existing conditions. (no trees to be removed except
for the aforementioned 10 ft, permanent impact. All other conditions of the approval issued on March 28th still
apply.
Any disputes over determinations regarding this authorization (associated with the approved buffer
impacts) shall be referred in writing to the Director for a decision. The Director's decision is subject to review
