Eric and Ian,
This is a follow-up to the phone conversations I had with both of you regarding the Durham Wal-Mart. The
permit/certification allows for 90 linear feet of permanent impact for the box culvert. However, the actual
culvert length is going to be approximately 86 feet. Essentially, the adjustment can be made by shifting the
culvert to one end of the permitted impact area. The end result is that the permanent impacts will be 90 linear
feet or less within the footprint as authorized by the permit/certification. There is no need for any revision at
this time. Thanks for your help.
