The permit/certification allows for 90 linear feet of permanent impact for the box culvert. However, the actual culvert length is going to be approximately 86 feet. Essentially, the adjustment can be made by shifting the culvert to one end of the permitted impact area. The end result is that the permanent impacts will be 90 linear feet or less within the footprint as authorized by the permit/certification. There is no need for any revision at this time.
