On March 16`" I mailed copies of the Agent Authorization and EEP acceptance letter per Items 3 and 4 in your Request; please advise me at once if you have not received these. Enclosed in this package are the following items in response to Items 1 and 2. Item 1: Four 8'/2"x 11 ", labeled Sheets 1 through 4. These drawings are similar to that of the original submittal but have had grading contours added where appropriate. Item 2.One 3'x 4' plat, labeled Conceptual Stormwater Plan. This shows the locations of all stormwater devices including raingardens, pipe routing and outfalls, and detention basin. Of note, a 22,600 SF basin has replace the raingarden previously depicted in southwestern quadrant of the tract. The Client relates that the City of Asheville has agreed to conditional rezoning (please see Ordinance No. 3411, attached) of the tract, this stipulates stormwater management must contro125-year storm events, in excess of the normal 10-year event. Furthermore, the Client relates that this project is LEED-certified (for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green Building Council (www.us bg c.org); this program includes design standards related to sustainable site development and water savings.
