This is regarding the 401 Permit (DWR #:20-0013) for Azalea Ridge located in Mount Holly. The plans for Azalea Ridge
has been revised to reflect the new land ownership name (previously made out to Charles Jonas Hwy Properties,
LLC ... currently made out to Diamondback Investment Group, LLC). Other than that, the plans and calculations have not
changed. We had received a 401 Water Quality Certification Approval letter dated on March 101h, 2020 and I see that it
was made out to Charles Jonas Hwy Properties, LLC. I was wondering if we needed to update any information and
resubmit any permits, plans, or application to you? Please advise.
