This project runs across Alexander Drive, and then along McKinney Parkway before turning into Brightwater Business Park. The water and sewer lines will cross two streams and disturb some wetlands located off the Right of Way in Brightwater Business Park. The water and sewer lines are placed within a 15' permanent easement to reduce impacts to the wetlands and streams. The water line will be installed using trenchless methods across both streams to further reduce impacts. Please review the attached materials and let me know if you have any questions or comments.
