Dear Mr. Dorney:
This will confirm the conversation with Mr. Robert Ridings and Dr. Reginald Teague on
the morning of June 13, 2000. Pursuant to the approval letter dated June 5, 2000 on the
above referenced project and the agreement reached with Mr. Ridings, we will access the
wetland in accordance with the 401 Water Quality Certification without delay. Our
contribution to the Wetland Restoration Program will be forwarded to Mr. Ron Ferrell
upon receipt of invoice.
Thank you and your staff for the help with our application and the request for access to
the wetland. Your consideration will help facilitate the completion of this road project by
the opening of school in August.
