Please reference your application for a Department of the Army (DA) individual permit to
authorize the filling of 0.85 acres of jurisdictional wetlands connected to the Pamlico Sound, on
the south side of NC Highway 12, east of Lullaby Lane, in Frisco, Dare County, North Carolina.
The purpose of this correspondence is to inform you that by letter dated March 1, 2011, we
received comments from the North Carolina Division of Water Quality regarding their review of
the public notice on your application.
It is Corps policy to provide an applicant the opportunity to furnish a proposed resolution or
rebuttal to all objections from government agencies and other substantive adverse comments
before a final decision is made on a proposed project. Accordingly, please provide any comments
