Project Name: Atlantic Veneer Dry Stack Marina
Location: The project site is located at 2457 Lennoxville Road, Beaufort, Carteret County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to redevelop an existing warehouse for a dry stack marina
storage facility as well as construct a pier with floating docks, a pedestrian pier,
fueling platform, concrete loading zone, bulkhead extension, high ground grading,
partial building demolition and parking areas are also part of the project.
