Dear Mr. Biddlecome,
This addendum clarifies the Nationwide 6 application dated March 22, 2005.
The hand clearing involved for this project is for positioning of the boring vehicle. When
at all possible, the vehicle will be maneuvered around any trees. The amount of clearing
to be done would be difficult to quantify and there is a possibility that no trees will need
to be cut.
Spoil from the borings will be replaced back in the hole to the furthest extent possible.
The spoil that cannot be replaced in the holes will be placed in 55 gallon drums and
hauled to off-site upland area.
