Dear Mr. Harris:
Please reference your letter dated March 17, 2009 requesting written confirmation to
close the Smith Creek Mitigation site associated with the U-0092A & B Smith Creek
Parkway projects. Based on the 2003 annual monitoring report and.an April 29, 2009
field meeting, we concur With your recommendation that the construction and success
criteria requirements of the Restoration Plan for the Smith Creek Mitigation Site have
been satisfied and that monitoring of the site can be discontinued.
