Subject: David Squires Major Permit- Revisions
Dear Mr. Howell,
Per the direction of Coastal Management and the NC Division of Maine Fisheries on
February 7, 2011, I am attaching revisions to the proposed Major Permit for Mr. David
Squires. The recommended changes have been made to the attached plans per a
conversation with Doug Huggett on February 9, 2011. The following is attached to this
letter:
L Revised Plan Sheets 1-6. Page 6 is the revised quantities.

3. Certified Receipts and Letter sent to Mr. Terwilliger
4. Revised Overview Sheets 1-2
Per this letter, I am requesting these revisions be reviewed as quickly as possible. The
owner is still requesting this work be performed this year. Therefore, I would like to
request an extension on the moratorium in this area of impacts.
