Please give a brief project description below.

A 1,500 ft long 24-inch sanitary sewer outfall will replace an aging 18-
inch sanitary sewer outfall. In addition there is approximately 800 feet
of side branches. Of the total 2,300 feet of gravity sewer, 1,900 ft are
in maintained easements and 400 ft in newwork easements. The
existing 18-inch sewer will be replaced by the 24-inch sewer main
within or adjacent to the existing easement. Approximately 350 feet of
the new easement will require tree clearing. A small (2-3 ft wide)
unnamed tributary of Little Creek will be crossed by open cut
trenching for installation of the gravity sewer. This crossing is
replacing the existing sewer and is within an existing maintained utility
easement. There will be a permanent impact of approximately 0.037
acres of wooded wetlands. The project will require bypass pumping of
the sewage during installation of some of the sewer mains.
The buffet impact is below the Allowable Limits.
