Corrective Actions for Violations
Violation 1
Field 3A is planted in fescue and planning to fence in for cows to eat.
Field 6 was planted in pearl millet and not enough to justify having it
combined to remove. Field 6 will be planted in fescue and fenced in for
cows. Plan will be changed to fescue.
Violation 2
Instead of pearl millet, fescue will be planted and waste management
plan will be changed.
Violation 3
The facility did not over apply nitrogen on field 1 & 2. A clerical error
was made and corrected.
Violation 4
As of November 15, freeboard was 24". Megan came on Nov. 17 and the
day before she came over 5" of rain came.
30 day action plan was completed and on file
Violation 5
Notification was made on November 17, and plan of action received on
November 18 and on file.
