I have attached the data for all 4 quarters of 2020 reporting on the discharge flow rates for Buckeye Lake. The discharge
report continues to outline our troubles with a maximum annual discharge of 173 CFS in April down to 0.28 in July and
September this year. There are dashed marks on the report which indicate lower than ability to record flow. The lowest
flow rate recorded on the chart is the 0.28 CFS so the result is less than that. Throughout all of the low flow periods we
were able to maintain flow across our spillway, albeit a small amount. Because of this we have yet to exceed any of the
trigger levels set forth in the permit.
We have been able to complete test drilling of two well sites, with a third site scheduled for drilling early spring. Of the
two test wells drilled, one was a good prospect with a blow off of 250 GPM, while the other was extremely low at 22
GPM. The 250 well is scheduled to have the 24 hour draw down testing completing as soon as the weather allows. We
have made the attempt once already, but it resulted in truck and trailer getting stuck and unable to reach the well
site. The other well will be properly abandoned soon.
We continue to press forward for an additional intake in several ways and will also continue to maintain best possible
flow through Buckeye Lake at all times.
