acceptable ranges.

Contact and secure approval from the Division of Water Quality prior to transfer of waste
to a site not covered in the facility's certified animal waste management plan.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

NARRATIVE:
Farm has adequate PAN deficit at this time to land apply waste. Due to recent rainfall over the month of
December 2020 and first couple of days of January 2021, sprayfields have been saturated, and operation has
not been able to irrigate but for a small amount of times. Given no more rainfall, anticipates resuming irrigation
and begin pumping on 1/11/2021.
