I will be documenting your response to the email in our electronic database. So no, no more is needed from Wildlands
except for the confirmation of bond renewal. Just make the corrections for future reports.
By copy of this correspondence, the Year 2 Monitoring Report for the Bethel Branch Buffer Site is approved and
Wildlands has DWR approval to reduce the bond by 20% of the current bond amount.
Upon receipt of confirmation of bond renewal, I will issue the credit release letter.

The plots for the Buffer Report need to be numbered the same for all reports. So if they are identified in the Stream
Mon Report as 2 & 5, then that's how they should be numbered in the report for me.

Katie -
Plot #1 and Plot #2 in the Buffer Monitoring Report are the same as VP2 and VP5 in the Stream and Wetland
Monitoring Report. The plots were renumbered for the buffer report to make them easier to display in the
report. They are the same plots as can be seen on the attached maps. The same vegetation data and the same
photos were used for both reports, the only difference is the veg plot number.
Let me know if you'd rather we number them differently next year.

Hey Andrea,
I have finalized my review of the Year 2 Monitoring Report for the Bethel Branch Mitigation Bank. I have the following
comments regarding the report:
1. Plot photos do not match the applicable Plot data. Plot #1 data includes a photo that says "VP 2", Plot #2 data
includes a photo that says "VP 5".
Please explain the discrepancy and provide the correct plot photo with the matching plot data.
