Hi Ian,
They have submitted revised wetland sizing sheets for the purpose of meeting their Conditional
401 SMP requirement. It should be good to go. (You may want to wait till the new information is
scanned in if you'll refer to it in the approval).
As I understand, there no buffers on the site (identified feature is not subject to Neuse Buffer
Rules), and hence no diffuse flow requirements. Do they still get a Buffer Authorization even
though there are no buffer impacts, or just a 401? What do you do with the diffuse condition?
