Applicant: Raymond Jenny
Location: The project site is located at 515 Bayview Drive, Harkers Island, Carteret County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to excavate a 65x45' boat basin and a 100x20' access
channel. Also proposed is a 12x13.5' boatlift with 13x16' area to excavate directly
beneath the boatlift.
