Hello Mr. McMillan:
It appears, unfortunately, that you did not get my voice mail of 25 Feb or my follow up email asking you to
ignore/discard the subject PCN in lieu of an expanded submittal. Our client, Potash Corp., has asked that we expand
the application to include all phases of the mitigation restoration project (the PCN you received had only Phase One
of three phases.
Please set aside or discard the PCN you have in hand. We shall submit the expanded application within a few weeks.
