**Distribution box lid (16.5"x 30.5") is broken and should be replaced. Line between the tank and distribution box is
orangeburg pipe as are drainlines, which appear to be filled with sand. See attached photo.
Septic tank should be pumped every 3—5 years as part of a regular maintenance program.
