Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of
Water Resources for these and any additional violations of State law. The Asheville Regional Office encourages
you to take all necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance. Please carefully review all operation,
maintenance, and monitoring requirements associated with the permit issued on July 24, 2020, as there were
changes from the previous permit. The new permit became effective on October 1, 2020.
