Enclosed please find the Certificate of Completion for the Windsor Oaks Water and
Sewer Extension Project. This project was constructed per the plans, except where
changes were approved by the Town. These changes were recorded on the record
drawings. There were no additional impacts other than those permitted and
approved in 401 Water Quality Certification.

applicant, the applicant's authorized agent, or the project engineer. It is not necessary to send
certificates from all of these.
