This letter serves to confirm that the Preconstruction Conference for the referenced project will
be held on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Division of Highways Office in.
Aberdeen located at 902 N. Sandhills Blvd.
A proposed Progress Schedule should be submitted to the Department for review and approval
at your earliest convenience. In addition, the following information should be submitted to the
Department at the Preconstruction Conference:
• Detailed Construction Schedule
• List of key Project Personnel with emergency call back numbers
• List of Subcontractors with Subcontract Agreements
• List of Company Officials authorized to sign Supplemental Agreements
It is requested that you invite any proposed subcontractors deemed necessary. By copy of this
letter, I am inviting various Department representatives and others having involvement and/or
interest in this project.
