In response to your letter dated February 4, 2011, find enclosed five (5) copies of our corrected page 4
of 10 of PCN form for the above referenced project. When checking the final layout of the Sewer line
the changes were made, but the total was not figured using the corrected figures. This over site has
been corrected and the impact length total in column 3g on page 4 of 10 has been corrected to 2,009
linear feet.
I trust that this Application for 401 Water Quality Certification is now correct and complete. If any
