Ms. Dennison and Mr. McMillan,
appreciate the sending of (another) courtesy copy of correspondence, but this is now the second time that the wrong
project is reflected in the body of the letter. The letter attached to the correspondence I received today references the
Martin County Airport (???), and discusses a need for lot layout and building envelopes on lots that have wetlands. This
is an industrial-type development and is not a residential project, therefore there is no "lot layout" nor are there wetlands
contained within "lots". Further, it requests a full set of plans, which were actually attached in FULL SIZE in duplicate and
several additional copies at 11 x 17 were also attached for file purposes as part of the original submittal. Also, the letter
requests that all wetlands be shown on the submitted site plan, and all proposed sewer lines be shown. Since sewer was
identified on the application we submitted as being already at the site, there are no new sewer lines necessary. As to the
wetlands--they are clearly shown on the site plan and several other maps submitted in the application. Furthermore, the
letter requests that all ponds be detention ponds and that calculations be included--we respectfully direct your attention to
the stormwater calculations and plans submitted with our application, as it appears that the requested information may
be. Lastly, we request that the correspondence be directed to the applicant who is the project proponent purchasing the
property, not the previous owner.

Please let me know if I can provide further clarity to you on this matter, but for now, once again, it is impossible for us to
respond to correspondence that is not related to our project.
