Box 41667 Nashville, TN 37204 Subject Property: Ricbie Brothers Auctioneers -Butner Site Ut to Falls Lake [030401, 27-(5.5), WSN, B, NSW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION -REVISED Dear Sir or Madam: On January 24, 2011, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated January 21, 2011 to fill or otherwise impact 0.64 acres of Isolated and other Non-404 Jurisdictional Wetlands and Waters and 0.00 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer, and 0.00 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer to construct the proposed development to the Martin County Airport at the site. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please re-submit your site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than 1 "=50' with topographic contours shown. 2. Please provide building envelopes for all lots with wetlands, streams or buffers on the site plans. 3. Please indicate proposed lot layout as an overlay on the site plan. 4. Please locate any planned sewer lines on the site plan. - 5. Please indicate all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site plan. 6. Please locate all isolated or non-isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State as overlays on the site plan. Please locate all of the protected riparian buffers as overlays on the site plan, clearly showing Zone 1 and Zone 2. 8. Please be advised that the stormwater ponds shown on the plans will need to be wet detention ponds in order to meet the pollutant removal requirements on this site. 9. Please provide a BMP Supplement Form for each proposed wet detention pond and each proposed level spreader-vegetated filter strip that will be used on the site (a total of four separate supplement forms). Each supplement form must include both worksheets, Design Summary and Required Items Checklist), as well as all of the required items. Failure to provide the forms with ALL of the required items in the next submittal will result in a return of application. 10. The BMP Supplement Forms must be obtained from the DWQ web site at: http://portal.ncdenr.or web/wq/ws/su/bmp-manual. Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
