This letter is in response to your letter, dated February 4, 2oi1, requesting additional
information for the Alston Pond PCN.
i. Incorrect and/or missing wetland, intermittent-perennial stream and/or buffer
impacts. OWQ is unable to review this project without noted or corrected impacts
reflected. Page ~ of s3, item 3~ totals s7~ linear feet of stream impacts; Item 3h
Total stream impacts are shown as sso linear feet. .Please correct that entry
accordingly and submit five (5) copies ofthe corrected page.
The stream impacts on Page 4 of i3 have been revised and five (5) copies of the corrected
page have been enclosed with this letter.
