The project appears to be in relatively good shape but sediment should be removed from behind the sediment fence on the southwest side of the project and the area seeded. The erosion and sedimentation control structures, vegetative covering, and matting appear to be working properly. Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached to this letter. If you have questions, please call me at 828-296-4500. Sincerely, Michael •R: Parker Environmental Senior Specialist Attachment cc: W.
