I'm fine with what you are proposing considering that the amount and footprint of
the impact is not increasing and the end result will be fill once the pipe is
removed. This e-mail thread and the plan sheet that was submitted is sufficient
notification, nothing more is needed. Thanks.

Please see the attached email. This project was permitted as NW 23, 33, 13 (SAW-
2010-00074). The Division would like to perform excavation in a portion of the
surface water impact area authorized for fill. No additional impacts will occur
however we wanted to confirm that neither of you had any objections.
They would like to do this work if approved next week
will be allowed.

Attached is the permit drawing with the proposed 24" temporary pipe, diverting flow.
The diversion pipe was originally run through the culvept but due to construction
this is almost impossible. The pipe will be installed at the flow line to divert
water in the creek. The flow line is about 7 feet from the top of bank so excavation

will be needed in the creek on the inlet side to get the pipe to divert water.
