This Application cannot be used for wetland or stream impacts. Please provide five (5) copies of this application and supporting information as well as a non-refundable application fee to the Division of Water Quality of $240.00 for impacts to lake bottom of less than 1 acre and $570.00 for impacts to lake bottom of greater or equal to 1 acre. That would be 2688 sq feet. Method of Excavation: Plan to use a small Bobcat to move the dirt. Imoact to reservoir: There is no vegetation in the proposed excavation area and there will be no damage to the shoreline vegetation since washed away dirt will be replaced and we may be able to save the trees currently under stress from lack of soil. The quality of the water should remain unchanged and there will be no negative impact to the fish. Schedule: I plan to begin removal as soon as approval is given, around February 12, 2011. 1 expect the removal to be completed within 2 days. Existing land use: The area being excavated is currently reservoir bottom. The excavated dirt will be put on my property to replenish the shore that has washed into the lake.
