Construction work continues at various places along Upward Road and work on the culvert near US Highway 176 is progressing. Sediment and erosion control measures appeared to be in good condition. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters.
